Found Mike to be friendly, knowledgeable and helpful regarding the ins & outs of various types of golf carts. Made a wonderful purchase of a super nice cart made by e-Tech. This cart goes up to 24 MPH with longer ride time before needed charging AND has less involved in the actual charging. So happy to have found this brand and of course Mike, who will continue to serve us.
